The wait is finally over. The school district (CISCO) of Antananarivo Atsimondrano is the last among the CISCO districts in the Analamanga region to have published the results of the Certificate of First Cycle Studies (BEPC), yesterday morning. Atsimondrano thus shows a pass rate of 66.01%, a performance higher compared to 2025, where the percentage of successful candidates was 57.39%, but significantly below the 2024 results, where the BEPC pass rate was 73.10%. By yesterday evening, as we went to press, more than 100 CISCO districts had already published their BEPC results, within eight days after the end of the last exam on Thursday, July 9, 2026, and less than two weeks after the start of the exams on July 6. A shorter duration of post-session work — including corrections and transcription of grades — compared to previous years, resulting from changes in the copy processing procedure. Indeed, corrections begin as soon as each exam ends, starting from the first day of the session, whereas previous practice was to begin corrections once the session was completed. This time saving made it possible to publish all results within a period not exceeding two weeks after the start of the session.
