In this latest case, a man who had already served time is now posing as an advisor to the Head of State, collecting money here and there by claiming to have connections to the civil service. What is most troubling is that there are still many such fraudsters and swindlers operating freely. Despite previous warnings about his character, according to police reports, numerous complaints and cases have already been filed against him. The authorities have taken responsibility from the start, conducting thorough investigations and gathering all available evidence on this individual. According to reports, the man travels across many districts in the capital without staying in one place, which is where his schemes and human trafficking operations take place. He allegedly claims to hold the rank of colonel within the police force while serving as an advisor to the President. Clearly, he presents himself as a civil servant with connections and influence, claiming to have the power to recruit people into the police. His methods and approach fit the description of a "problem-solving master" as young people call it. However, things did not go as planned. Once he obtained the money, he disappeared without a trace. It was in the Andravoahangy district that this fraudster was finally caught by police following extensive investigations. During his arrest, police reports indicate he still claimed to have stolen official documents. However, when police records were checked, his name appeared nowhere in the system. Apparently, he simply called himself "Presidential Advisor." This simply means he is a con artist and fraudster. He was then taken to the police headquarters in Betongolo and placed in custody pending prosecution. Following all the fraud committed by this man, police are now working to bring him to justice in Betongolo.
