Miarakap has exceeded 70 billion ariary in managed assets and created over 3,000 jobs through supported enterprises. Despite a particularly challenging economic and institutional environment, Miarakap strengthened its role in 2025 in financing and supporting Malagasy businesses. Its annual activity and impact report, themed around "antifragility," shows over 70 billion ariary in managed assets and more than 3,000 jobs created by accompanied enterprises. The management company supported over 240 entrepreneurs, with 13 companies in its investment portfolio during the year. These SMEs operate notably in agribusiness, essential services, retail trade, and business services. Their combined revenue reached 55 billion ariary in 2025, up 12% from the previous year. This growth was achieved despite economic and political tensions marking the end of the year.

After seven years of deployment, the first Miarakap Investment fund entered a new phase. Three capital exits were completed in 2025, two with notably beneficial results. The average internal rate of return for these operations reached 20%. Investment activity revenues tripled.

Portfolio companies generated 872 jobs, with over 40% held by women. The report also highlights their impact across sectors. Vatel Madagascar trains over 300 students annually, while Apem Paiq financed more than 10,000 microentrepreneurs. Laiterie Maminiaina works daily with over 750 breeders, and Le Complexe distributes over 13,000 balanced meals daily.

Miarakap now aims to scale up with Mitsiry, its second fund dedicated to climate and biodiversity-impacting enterprises. It targets 50 million dollars in capital with investments reaching up to six million dollars per company. The Advisory division also progressed, with over five billion ariary in signed contracts, over 200 supported companies, and missions covering Madagascar's 23 regions. Two entrepreneurial hubs are now operational in Fianarantsoa and Fort-Dauphin.

For 2026, Miarakap aims to finalize Mitsiry fund-raising, accelerate exits from historic holdings, and consolidate its position as Africa's leading platform for impact entrepreneur financing.
