The Somaroho Festival returns August 5-9, 2026 at Ambodivoanio Stadium in Nosy Be, and this edition promises to be exceptional. Its founder, singer Wawa, celebrates 25 years of career, while his band marks 23 years of existence. To these milestones is added the 13th edition of a festival that has become emblematic, a true showcase of Madagascar's music and cultural identity. This year, Somaroho takes a new step by welcoming international artists. Jamaican star Shenseea and Mahoran singer Zily will join around thirty Malagasy musicians from the six provinces. The eclectic and festive programming includes a grand carnival, concerts and entertainment featuring local figures such as Rijade, Parish, Théo Rakotovao and Maman'i Tsololo.
