The digital professional insertion landscape is preparing to welcome its next wave of talent with the third cohort of the ASAN'AI project set to begin on August 6, 2026. This innovative program embodies a direct pathway to the professional world through free training in digital careers. Driven by a unique synergy between the PIC project, the Ministry of Labor, Employment and Civil Service, and the Ministry of Digital Development, Posts and Telecommunications, this project addresses a dual national challenge: equipping companies with highly qualified profiles and offering concrete prospects to young people.

At the heart of this dynamic, the second wave of the program currently brings together 124 rigorously selected learners. Distributed between the Arkeup Academy in Anosivavaka and the Kianja Barea complex since July 6, these young people are following an intensive curriculum dedicated to Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) skills. On Monday, July 13, members of the steering committee and partner multinationals, including sector leader Concentrix, visited the site to acknowledge their commitment. These 124 future specialists benefit from customized support designed to facilitate their immediate transition to outsourcing platforms.
