The 41st cohort of the National Institute of Accounting Sciences and Business Administration (INSCAE), named 'Aritefy', held its official graduation ceremony on July 10 at CCI Ivato. Iouri Garisse Razafindrakoto, Secretary General of the Ministry of Economy and Finance, represented the minister at the ceremony and emphasized the essential role of young people in addressing the challenges the country currently faces. The ministry, which oversees INSCAE, reaffirmed its support for higher education and the preparation of young people for professional and civic responsibilities. In his remarks, the Secretary General encouraged the new graduates to face their future with confidence, without fear or hesitation. He stressed that they now possess the knowledge, critical thinking, and training necessary to meet the challenges ahead. This new cohort is called upon to put its skills at the service of the country's economic and social development, while contributing to forming a generation of responsible and committed young people.
