Orange Africa and Middle East has published its 2025 CSR report titled "Growing Together." The operator highlights its contribution to developing more inclusive digital services, more resilient infrastructure, and sustainable growth. According to the report, Orange Africa and Middle East (OMEA) currently serves over 179 million customers and relies on nearly 19,000 employees in the region. The document is structured around three pillars: resilient infrastructure, digital inclusion, and responsible governance. It presents recorded results, impact indicators, and several initiatives implemented on the ground. In the infrastructure sector, Orange continues investing to expand network coverage and improve service quality. The group is also strengthening its facilities' resilience through artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and strategic international infrastructure deployment. Energy transition is also among priorities. The operator is accelerating site solarization, renewable energy adoption, and digital equipment recovery through a circular economy approach. Ambitions. Orange also aims to make digital technology a genuine lever for economic and social inclusion. Several services are being developed to facilitate population access to digital, financial, and energy solutions. These include Max it, the group's super-app, Orange Money, Orange Bank Africa, Orange Energies, and affordable Sanza smartphones. Orange Digital Centers hold an important place in this strategy. Now present in 16 countries, these centers have already supported 1.4 million beneficiaries. They offer training, international certifications, incubation and acceleration programs, and support for start-up financing. Orange Africa and Middle East aims to train three million young people by 2030. The goal is to strengthen youth digital skills, employability, and entrepreneurship. For populations. The report also emphasizes ethics, transparency, diversity, and inclusion. Through the Orange Engage for Change program, employees are mobilized around social and environmental initiatives.
