Development financing must produce visible and measurable results. It is in this spirit that the Ministry of Economy and Finance conducted, yesterday, a portfolio review dedicated to the PIC3 (Integrated Growth Pole, phase 3) and STATCAP2 (Statistical Capacity Building Project, phase 2) projects – two programs supported by the World Bank. The review aims to ensure that funds mobilized for development generate tangible outcomes and strengthen project implementation oversight.
