A weak trade wind regime will characterize conditions on the island tomorrow. In the morning, scattered showers are likely along the coasts of the Atsinanana region and around Taolagnaro. Alternating sun and clouds will be observed across the island, with localized morning fog. In the afternoon, weather will generally be cloudy to sunny tomorrow over most of the island. However, light showers may occur over Nosy Be, Ambanja and Analalava. For the rest of the week, intermittent rains are expected on the East coast, from North to South, at the beginning of the week. Overcast skies, drizzle and morning mists for most of the central Highlands, particularly from Wednesday onwards. A slight rise in maximum temperatures is noted across the island towards the weekend. Nevertheless, freezing minimum temperatures will still occur over parts of the central Highlands: a minimum of 2°C is forecast. Minimum and maximum temperatures will thus range between 2°C and 23°C in the morning, depending on the region, and between 16°C and 34°C in the afternoon.
