The fight against corruption is reaching a new stage in the academic sector. On July 7 and 8, 2026, a workshop was held to develop an anti-corruption training module for Master II students at the University of Toamasina. Organized by BIANCO and the university's presidency, with support from the OIF as part of the African Day Against Corruption (JALCC), the event brought together researchers and students. This program aims to instill in future leaders the values of ethics, transparency, accountability, and good governance. During the closing ceremony, BIANCO's Director General, Gaby Nestor Razakamanantsoa, recalled that educating young people is a "guarantee for improving tomorrow's administrative management," while thanking the OIF. Integrating this training into university curricula is intended as an essential lever to sustainably raise student awareness of integrity and promote responsible citizenship.
