At Antaninarenina, during the third edition of the Salon Hanitr'i Gasikara, held from July 8-10 at the Antaninarenina Garden, activated charcoal is presented in various product forms.

Activated charcoal is offered in several formats: powder, charcoal water, soap, cream, and liquid solution. The objective is to raise awareness about the multiple uses of this natural substance, both in wellness and food preservation. According to Niriana Harison Jeannot Henri, representative of Taratra Mikolo, this product is sought after for its ability to absorb unwanted substances, making it useful across different sectors.

The company relies notably on research presented in the work Saribao, written by Severino S. Paypa. This document highlights the properties of activated charcoal and its traditional use as a complement in addressing various health issues. Taratra Mikolo claims to have identified up to sixty-nine conditions for which activated charcoal could play a supportive role. However, managers emphasize that results may vary from person to person and its use must be adapted to each situation.

Based in Fandriana, Taratra Mikolo's production unit also contributes to local economic development. It currently employs about ten people, supporting the income of several families.

"There is no treatment without risk of failure, but the essential thing is to do everything possible to preserve one's health," declared the company representative.

Through its participation in the Salon Hanitr'i Gasikara, Taratra Mikolo aims to promote a natural product while valuing local expertise. By focusing on activated charcoal transformation and product diversification, the company seeks to meet growing consumer interest in natural solutions while supporting its region's economy.
