Following legal proceedings initiated in Mauritius and in the country against its owner, Mamy Ravatomanga, the Malagasy courts have entrusted the management of the group to a judicial administrator. Serge Jovial Imbeh, the newly appointed administrator, affirms that the SODIAT group still belongs to its owner despite the judicial measures taken.
