Samoëla, the king of Malagasy song poetry, is ready once again to share his good humor and sharp wit with audiences. Orad, another master of Malagasy poetry and committed texts, will open the show this afternoon. Tonight, starting at 5 p.m., Samoëla takes the stage on an open-air venue set up at the Alliance Française d'Antananarivo (AFT), located in Andavamamba. The artist, known for his incisive lyrics and clear-eyed view of society, returns to perform in an intimate and warm format, true to his spirit of closeness with the public. Organized in partnership with Yas Madagascar, this event reflects the Alliance Française's commitment to promoting cultural diversity and making artistic creation accessible to all. The evening will begin with a spoken word segment presented by poet and slam artist ORAD, before giving way to Samoëla for a performance rich in committed texts, through melodies that have marked several generations. The concert will take place outdoors, in a specially arranged setting with seating for audience comfort: an invitation to share a moment of music and culture, in the spirit of encounter and celebration that characterizes the AFT.
