The National Police continues to implement its motto 'Malagasy Police: Protect and Serve the People' by strengthening operational capacity and service quality. The Second District Public Security Police Station (CSP2) Ambohijatovo has received significant equipment and infrastructure upgrades. An official handover ceremony took place Wednesday, July 1, 2026 at the station. New equipment designed to facilitate daily police operations was presented, including a motorcycle, computers with printers, and various office materials. These resources will improve response times, modernize administrative file processing, and enhance public security services. The ceremony was attended by the Director General of the National Police (DGPN), Inspector General Tsaramonina Ravony Jean Victor, representing the Public Security Minister. Local authorities also participated, including Stanislas Randrianarisoa, elected deputy for Antananarivo's second district, José Randriamitsiry, chief of Antananarivo II district, and Rijaniaina Rakotonirina, district delegate. These improvements result from collaboration between CSP2 Ambohijatovo and its partners. Beyond vehicles and computers, several police posts were renovated. The Police Watch offices in Ambolokandrina, Ambohipo, Manakambahiny, and Mandroseza were refurbished to provide better working conditions for officers and improved reception for the public.
