The Ministry of Technical Education and Vocational Training (METFP) and Madagascar Airlines have signed a strategic partnership agreement lasting six years. This major alliance aims to strengthen youth employability and train future professionals in Madagascar's aeronautical sector. This ambitious partnership seeks to align vocational training with real market needs through several key initiatives. It includes co-development of occupational standards, design of training programs adapted to sector standards, development of alternating training schemes, hosting of beneficiaries in professional immersion, and establishment of a monitoring and evaluation framework ensuring quality and impact of undertaken actions. Beyond training, this initiative aims to promote sustainable job placement while encouraging access for women and young people from different regions of Madagascar to aeronautical careers and sector-related activities. Beyond immediate job placement, this agreement serves as a foundation for mobilizing future technical and financial partners around Madagascar's economic and social development.
