The tax administration has postponed the declaration deadline following a request from taxpayers. According to reports, affected individuals have been granted additional time to fulfill their declaration obligations. The General Directorate of Taxes (DGI) has announced the extension to July 31, 2026 of the deadline for declaring "communication rights" related to the 2025 fiscal year. This measure aims to facilitate tax procedures and responds to requests made by users. It is intended to allow concerned entities to gather necessary information and submit their declarations under better conditions. Meanwhile, the Ministry of Economy and Finance urges affected taxpayers not to wait until the last days to regularize their situation. It invites them to file their declarations within the deadline, in accordance with this new deadline set by the tax administration.
