The first cohort of speakers, comprising individuals who completed their training to become public speakers over eight months in Antsirabe, has graduated. They have successfully completed all stages of the program leading to this official ceremony. Young people, children, and adults of various age groups, totaling 356 participants, have now crossed the FIMPIMA threshold. Additionally, 90 others were "selected" in a special cohort to be integrated as full members of FIMPIMA. This speaker graduation ceremony demonstrates that public speaking training attracts learners across all age groups—children, youth, and adults alike. Public speaking training preserves Malagasy culture, according to Rtoa Ranaivozandriny Pierette, head of FIMPIMA in the Antsirabe region.
