Travelers at Antananarivo International Airport are discovering the richness of Madagascar's marine fauna and the challenges of preserving it. This is happening through the exhibition "Observe Without Disturbing," running throughout September in the international airport's main hall. Organized jointly by Ravinala Airports and Cétamada as part of the WIOCOR regional program (Western Indian Ocean Coastal Resilience), implemented by Cétamada with financial support from the IUCN, the exhibition highlights the marine ecosystems of the Nosy Be archipelago and the species that depend on them, including sea turtles, dugongs, humpback whales, and dolphins. It invites both Malagasy and international travelers to better understand these species and adopt respectful behaviors when observing them. This exhibition is part of an ongoing collaboration between Ravinala Airports and Cétamada spanning several years. Since 2024, the video campaign "Observe Without Disturbing" has been broadcast in the departure and arrival halls of Antananarivo and Nosy Be airports. For Ravinala Airports, this exhibition demonstrates its commitment to environmental preservation.
