After ten years of presence in Madagascar's entrepreneurial landscape, the Groupement des Femmes Entrepreneurs de Madagascar (GFEM) is holding its first national congress. The event, taking place today and tomorrow at the Delta Marriott Hotel in Antanimena, will bring together members from different regions of the country to work on three essential dimensions: better understanding GFEM's common organization and identity, strengthening links between different regions, and developing skills directly useful for business growth. The program will cover female leadership, professional image and posture, access to financing, branding and business positioning, market access and commercial development, as well as entrepreneurial risk management. The congress will also feature peer exchanges and promotion of member companies, notably through a Pop-up Store designed as a space for visibility, networking, and creating business opportunities. Today's sessions are exclusively reserved for members, while tomorrow's events will be open to others. "This opening will broaden access to content, exchanges, and opportunities offered during the congress, while giving other entrepreneurs the chance to better know GFEM, its network, and its ten years of commitment," explained Fanja Razakaboana, GFEM president. The congress is themed: "From Belonging to Action."
