A partnership agreement between the OIF and ENAM was signed yesterday in the presence of OIF representative Traian‑Laurentiu Hristea and ENAM Director General Professor Emile. Seventy-five state officials and managers, including ENAM students and several senior civil servants, among them the Minister of Employment and Public Service, will benefit from training in French language applied to international relations. This training, officially launched yesterday in Androhibe, is the result of a memorandum of understanding signed between Madagascar's National School of Administration (ENAM), the International Organization of the Francophonie (OIF), and the French Alliance of Antananarivo (AFT). The program aims to strengthen the linguistic and methodological skills of civil servants for international negotiations and mastery of diplomatic language. Funded by the OIF and supported by the French Alliance, it will allow selected officials to follow an intensive three-week curriculum starting today. This initiative illustrates Madagascar's commitment to consolidating its institutional capacities and strengthening its voice within the Francophone space. It also marks an important step in cooperation between the Malagasy state and Francophone institutions, putting French at the service of the country's international influence.
