Agreement signed between Enam and OIF. Mastery of French in international relations is taking on increasing importance in the training of state officials. A memorandum of understanding was signed on Monday, September 14 at Androhibe between Madagascar's National School of Administration (Enam) and the International Organization of the Francophonie (OIF), to establish specialized training in this field.
Intended for state agents and senior officials who are Enam graduates, this training program will enable participants to obtain a diploma in French for international relations. The program includes strengthening linguistic skills and acquiring methodological tools adapted to international exchanges. Mastery of diplomatic language is also among the main focuses of the training. Participants will also be prepared for the demands of international negotiations. The objective is to equip them to intervene more effectively in exchanges and to represent the country's voice in international and Francophone spaces.
This training aims to strengthen the capacity of officials called upon to work in an international environment. Mastery of language, methods, and diplomatic discourse will enable them to approach exchanges and negotiations more effectively.
