On October 23, 24, 25 and November 1, the Samby tômpony caravan will travel through three districts: Maroantsetra, Mananara-Nord, and Ambanja. Lucky Dube Band, Wawa, and Tukson will perform. This is one of the first times Ambanja, the cocoa city, along with Maroantsetra and Mananara-Nord, are celebrating the same festival together—a truly original concept. Samby tômpony also features popular entertainment programming, embedding the event within local festive culture where music shares the stage with enthusiasts.
