Consultations organized at the Presidency of Refoundation continue with participation from multiple organizations and platforms. Youth movements have notably formulated proposals to improve the next electoral process and prevent new political crises. Young participants advocated for greater accountability at the local level and better collaboration among different actors in the electoral process. They also proposed using new technologies to accelerate the centralization and publication of results. Electoral Framework The overhaul of the electoral framework was also central to discussions. Participants called for strengthened measures against corruption, fraud, and ballot manipulation. They believe these provisions are necessary to guarantee credible elections and prevent a new cycle of political crises. Several entities participated in the consultations, including ASSIDU-MADA, Gen Z, Y and X movements, "Tsy Manaiky Lembenana" and MAFI-M. Regional representatives also took part in discussions, notably TAFARINA and KOMIR from Fianarantsoa, as well as delegates from Taolagnaro, Antsiranana, Toamasina, Toliara and Ambatoboeny. These meetings took place in the presence of the senior adviser to the Refoundation, Colonel Gervais Andriamiarisoa, as well as representatives from SADC, the United Nations System and the African Union.
