The street passing near the Ministry of Youth and Sports in Ambohijatovo has reopened to vehicular traffic. "The barriers that were installed here were removed less than a week ago and the street has been open since then," said Julienne Razanamanana, a street vendor in the neighborhood, yesterday. Motorists coming from Ambondrona now have two options to reach Ambohijatovo or Analakely. They can either turn right at the first intersection between the Ministry of Youth and RM1, or continue to the Ambohijatovo crossroads and then head down to Andohan'Analakely. This reorganization aimed to ease traffic congestion between Ambondrona and Ambohijatovo. However, users report little improvement: "Despite this measure, traffic jams persist," complained one driver. They see little benefit in reopening the street. "Vehicles cannot even reach Antaninarenina or Ambohijatovo directly and still have to detour through Andohan'Analakely," they say. Others believe it only worsens traffic disruption. Street vendors are crowding the sidewalks in Ambohijatovo, forcing pedestrians to walk on the road. Additionally, vehicles exiting the Ministry of Youth portal drive against traffic on the one-way street. "We no longer know the traffic rules around here," residents lament.
