Comedian Godar is taking on a new challenge with his first solo performance scheduled for October 10 at 3 p.m. at Ivokolo Analakely. Facing the audience alone but with countless stories to tell, Godar is ready to embrace this new venture. Known by his stage name, Miranto Andriamampita will present his first 'One Man Show', a performance dedicated to humor and everyday life scenes.
"I'll talk about daily life with 100% humor: funny situations in society, current and past artists, and situations we encounter at work, targeting particularly young people and adults," he explains.
Accustomed to performing alongside other comedians, Godar will this time be mainly alone on stage. An experience that requires significant preparation, according to him. A few comedian friends are expected to participate in the show. The artist primarily wants to offer "humor in different forms, beyond simple stand-up."
Godar's artistic journey began thanks to his father's encouragement, who directed him toward drama with Henri Randrianierenana. The latter reportedly also recognized his comedic potential and encouraged him to develop it. Godar made his stage debut at "Talenta sy Kanto" at CCESCA Antanimena.
A multi-talented artist
Gradually, his talent caught the attention of figures in Malagasy humor. Francis Turbo and Gothlieb notably gave him opportunities to open their shows. He also participated in "Fetin'ny Maman tu" at Antsahamanitra with LH Pro.
Beyond comedy, Godar is also a radio host and actor in Malagasy films. He works simultaneously within an NGO and pursues professional activities related to his university training. His inspiration comes mainly from observing his environment and current events.
