Rehabilitation work on the Berivotra bridge on RN4 began yesterday, September 1, 2026, at PK 520+000. During the work, traffic is temporarily suspended for heavy vehicles. However, light vehicles, 4x4 vehicles, and minibuses can use an alternative route already operational since yesterday. Law enforcement personnel on site are responsible for ensuring traffic flow while maintaining user safety. Current work should not have major impacts on road traffic fluidity for private vehicles and passenger transport operators. Freight transporters, however, must account for this temporary suspension of heavy vehicle traffic and adjust their schedules accordingly. The same applies to transporters of perishable goods, who should postpone certain departures to avoid prolonged waiting near the work site, which could compromise transport and storage conditions of the goods being transported.
