A 20-year-old man who had recently been discharged from psychiatric care with a grade of "Assez Bien" killed his 46-year-old mother with a machete. According to reports, the two had been arguing, and the young man, whose mental health had been unstable, was recently released from the psychiatric hospital. Unable to control himself during the dispute with his mother, he struck her with the machete, resulting in her death. Despite the young man's documented mental health issues, police arrested him after learning he had killed someone. His family also reported him, and he confessed to the crime, explaining the circumstances that led to the incident. The court will determine whether to release him based on findings that his mental illness may have impaired his judgment.
