This operation strengthens CFAO Healthcare's presence in Madagascar, where the Group already operates pharmaceutical distribution activities through Laborex Madagascar. Laborex Madagascar's operations will continue. OPHAM and Laborex Madagascar will continue operating within their respective legal, regulatory, and commercial frameworks. Founded in 1952 and based in Antananarivo, OPHAM is a leading pharmaceutical wholesaler-distributor in Madagascar. The company handles the importation, storage, promotion, and distribution of medicines, medical devices, parapharmaceutical products, and infant nutrition.
