Budget Management - Financial Administrators Prepare National Forum
Members of the Financial Services Administrators union gathered in large numbers at Le Pavé hotel in Antaninarenina yesterday. On this occasion, they announced the upcoming holding of a general assembly "in the form of national forums". "This meeting should bring together all members to develop a common roadmap, strengthen professional ethics and conduct, and provide concrete solutions to implement the fundamental principle that public money must have a direct impact on the daily lives of the population," said Samson Willy Andriamiajaniaina, president of the union. Members of this union intend to mobilize their expertise to formulate concrete solutions. "The objective is to optimize the execution of the State budget in order to maximize its economic and social impact on the daily lives of the population," emphasized Amédée Ramilson, general secretary of the union. The State budget enables the administration, at both central and local levels, to implement public policies in service of the population. "Financial Services Administrators (ASSEF) therefore wish to contribute their expertise to optimize the management of public spending, so that every ariary spent directly benefits the daily lives of citizens," he continued. This union recalls that the success of the refoundation of the Republic depends on competence in managing public funds.
