The second edition of the 'Ao Raha' Festival, organized as part of VOAMAMI's sixth anniversary, opened on August 28 in Nosy Be Hell-Ville. The festivities began with a grand parade called 'Sesy Aomby' that crossed the city. The Lakile Telo Federation currently has 300 GEC groups bringing together approximately 9,000 members. They gathered in Nosy Be to celebrate six years of existence and highlight solidarity among members. For the occasion, 38 zebus were slaughtered, symbolizing unity and brotherhood within the organization. The program also featured discussions about the association's activities and its contribution to development initiatives across various sectors of the region, followed by a collective meal and festivities.
