Traffic will be disrupted in Antanimena starting September 1st. Pipeline development works will modify traffic conditions in several sectors of the neighborhood until October 4th. One road will be closed and others will operate on a single lane basis.
The road connecting Antanimena-Haut to Pharmacie Croix du Sud will be completely closed for the duration of the construction. Traffic will also be reduced on the road coming from Behoririka and leading to Magro. The section connecting Pharmacie Croix du Sud to the exit toward Magro at Behoririka will also experience single-lane traffic.
Certain routes will remain accessible. The road connecting Antanimena to Jovena will be open. The roadway opposite Victoria Plaza Antanimena will also remain partially passable.
In Effect
Regarding public transportation, taxibe heading to Analakely will resume their usual route. Users will thus be able to continue reaching the city center despite restrictions on several roads.
These measures will remain in effect until October 4th, the scheduled end date for the works. Motorists are urged to account for traffic changes on affected routes and plan their trips accordingly.
