"The consultation for national dialogue will start from the grassroots," he stated, clarifying that facilitators and trainers will visit communities to directly collect their viewpoints. Local Realities The objective is to enable different population segments to express their concerns, proposals, and expectations. Consultations should thus bring up realities experienced at the local level within the framework of national dialogue. For the spokesperson, the approach must rely on participation of Malagasy people at the grassroots level. This initiative is led by the FFKM, which aims to give voice to different perspectives in the process. The announced consultations constitute a preliminary stage of national dialogue, with the intention to gather viewpoints as close as possible to the population.
