Beyond the parade and artistic performances, the outfits worn by top officials captured attention at the stadium. Government members, state authorities, the Prime Minister, institutional leaders, and foreign heads of state with their delegations displayed styles largely inspired by Malagasy culture, showcasing traditional fabrics, colors, and accessories.

The First Lady distinguished herself in a red and white haute couture outfit, echoing the colors of the Malagasy flag. Her tailored suit, adorned with details inspired by vita malagasy, was complemented by a tsihy hat, adding elegance while promoting national artisanal heritage.

President of the Republic Colonel Michaël Randrianirina opted for a beige haute couture ensemble inspired by the gasy theme. His custom-made outfit, accompanied by a lamba landy with green and red stripes, honored the national flag colors. A traditional Malagasy hat completed the look, reinforcing the authentic character of his appearance alongside the First Lady.

Most high-ranking officials present favored clothing inspired by Madagascar's different regions. Fabrics, cuts, and ornaments reflected the richness and diversity of the country's sartorial traditions, giving this official ceremony a distinctive cultural identity.
