Colonel Michaël Randrianirina, head of state, accompanied by senior advisors from the Refoundation and a substantial government delegation, was active on multiple fronts yesterday in Manakara. The day was marked by gala matches in which the head of state and government members participated. He also emphasized the values of sport, noting that the event should be an occasion to strengthen solidarity among civil servants.
"This event is designed to strengthen solidarity among state agents," Colonel Randrianirina declared in his opening speech. He affirmed having always participated in ASIEF during his military career. The resident of Iavoloha and his entourage concluded yesterday's marathon day with a cultural event. He officially opened the 1st edition of the festival called "Omby Lahy Be Vozogno." A festival aimed at highlighting the cultural specificities of the Fitovinany region.
