Following the successful operation by national police working within the Betsiboka regional security force and medical personnel regarding a child with albinism rescued from the hands of six criminals, the Ministry of National Education visited the home of the head of the albinism association in Madagascar. The Betsiboka regional governor, Ms. Sendra Nirina Rajaonarison, accompanied the ministry delegation and brought assistance to Sandratriniaina, who was recently abducted by the criminals. The Ministry of National Education expressed shock and sadness during the visit to the head of the albinism association in Madagascar, regarding the ordeal suffered by the young child with albinism who was held captive by unscrupulous individuals for three days. Subsequently, the ministry examined the infrastructure and issues present at the CRNFP Maevatanàna during an inspection on Sunday, August 23, 2026.
