A five-year-old girl with albinism has been killed by armed men in eastern Bemarivo. According to reports from the albinism association in Madagascar, on Wednesday, August 20, 2026, around noon, ten armed men entered a home in Bemarivo in the eastern part of town, in the Maevatanàna II commune within the Betsiboka region.
