Registrations are also processed on-site by staff during the different stages of the tour.
According to Professor Pierre Benjamin Rakotomahenina, national director of CNTMAD, the institution offers public education under the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.
The programs offered have undergone a rehabilitation of educational offerings, allowing students to access multiple fields of study. This year, open programs include management, economics, commerce, industrial engineering, computer science, and telecommunications. Other specializations should also be offered soon. Planned areas include tourism and environment. These new offerings should expand choices for students wishing to pursue higher education.

Learners can follow their training without being required to travel to a traditional higher education institution.
