Local rainfall is forecast for the Central Highlands, including Analamanga, southeastern regions, and part of the northwestern coast on Monday. Atmospheric conditions will favor the development of local showers. An upper-level depression will stall south of Madagascar early in the week before gradually moving away from Wednesday. Weather is expected to become dry toward the end of the week.
