"The absence of a birth certificate copy constitutes an obstacle to people's personal and professional development," explained Marie Marchelline Rasoloarisoa, project manager. According to the information provided, civil status regularization is thus a first step before accessing vocational training. Anosibe beneficiaries, where residents notably received training in soap manufacturing and pastry making, aimed at enabling them to acquire skills and develop income-generating activities. The beneficiaries expressed their satisfaction with this program and emphasized the importance of this support for families in difficult situations. Following the training, the OIF plans to monitor people who have completed their course. Additional support may also be provided to those who show motivation and apply the skills acquired.
