The discussions focused mainly on partnership prospects in electricity production, as well as on equipment needs and technical support. Preparation of an upcoming workshop to be held in Turkey was also among the topics addressed. In the hydrocarbons sector, discussions concerned the development of petroleum product storage infrastructure. Particular attention was given to facilities for receiving imported products, as well as storage depots. This meeting reflects the two countries' commitment to strengthening their economic and technical relations. For Madagascar, the objective is notably to diversify international partnerships to support the development of energy and petroleum infrastructure, considered essential for economic activity and supply security.
