Among the responsibilities of the Hanjary Raha Ty association in Betsiboka is coordinating social welfare activities at the local and community level to drive improvement and development for each community within the Betsiboka region. This is the primary objective behind the establishment of the Hanjary Raha Ty office in the area. A successful ceremony took place Friday evening at the community hall in Mangabe, within Maevatanàna district, Betsiboka region, marking the official inauguration of the office and the full handover of responsibilities to the new leaders of the Hanjary Raha Ty association (H.R.T.) in Mangabe. The district head of Maevatanàna was noted as overseeing H.R.T. Betsiboka operations. During this event, Amdriamatoa RIVOMANANA was also installed as coordinator of the Mangabe community. The regional office representative in Betsiboka attended and presided over the ceremony, alongside numerous government officials from the region and representatives of the Malagasy state, overseeing Maevatanàna district.
