The suspense is finally over for thousands of candidates who sat the Elementary Certificate of Studies (CEPE) in the Analamanga region. Official results for the 2026 session were released last weekend, showing an overall positive outcome, though performance varies across school districts.

The Antananarivo-Renivohitra School District (Cisco) achieved a pass rate of 85.30%. While a solid performance, it represents a slight dip from last year's 85.91%.

Peripheral and rural municipalities in Analamanga are breaking records. This year, top honors go to Avaradrano Cisco, which achieved an exceptional pass rate of 93.16%. Close behind is Andramasina with 92.73%.

The rest of the region is performing well too. Manjakandriana recorded 91.28% and Atsimondrano 91.27%. Ambohidratrimo achieved 86.88%, while Anjozorobe Cisco trails with 83.88%—still an encouraging score for young students.

Most school districts across Madagascar have now released their results, ending the long wait for families.
