An albino child recently rescued by presidential guard elements during a special operation in Vangaindrano will receive complete support from the head of state, Colonel Michaël Randrianirina, it was learned yesterday. The child was at the center of a human trafficking attempt case, with his own uncle attempting to exchange him for a substantial sum of money to potential buyers of albino children. Rescued from his captors, the child nevertheless faces danger even after reuniting with his family. The family reports having received death threats targeting the child and his mother. The head of state announced yesterday that he will personally ensure complete support for the child and his mother and provide them with necessary protection. For their safety, both have been taken to Antananarivo.
