Since their appointment to the Mamitiana Rajaonarison government, they have not appeared publicly alongside Marc Ravalomanana and have been notably absent from demonstrations and actions organized by "Tiako i Madagasikara". An uncomfortable position for three ministers from the "Tiako i Madagasikara" party. Will they remain loyal to their political family and former President Marc Ravalomanana, their mentor, or will they follow the Refoundation's direction to keep their ministerial seats? This is the pressing question. The divergence between TIM's leader, who has officially chosen the unitary state, and those in power favoring a federal state threatens to put Hanitra Razafimanantsoa, Minister of Refoundation, Lily Rafaralahy, Minister of Tourism and Crafts, and Todisoa Andriamampandry, Minister of Technical Education and Vocational Training, in a difficult position. The choice is hard for these former ruling party barons, especially since their appointment to the Mamitiana Rajaonarison government, they have maintained distance from Dada Ravalo and are considered absent from TIM's activities. They likely chose this path to observe political neutrality toward public administration.

Another Split

Recently, debates over the state's form have become increasingly tense between unitarians and federalists. Vice-President of the National Assembly representing former Mahajanga province, Afakandro Christian, openly attacked Marc Ravalomanana, accusing the former President of "wanting to preserve the unitary state to favor monopolies, embezzlement, and tax evasion". So far, no TIM minister has defended their leader. The former Tana I deputy, ex-Tana VI deputy, and former municipal councilor, all elected under TIM colors, now find themselves between a rock and a hard place. It would be difficult for them to choose sides without risking their ministerial positions. History shows that those who turned their backs on Marc Ravalomanana saw their political careers collapse, including TIM dissidents like Félix Randriamandimbisoa, Harinaivo Randrianantoandro, and Colonel Ramboasalama. At this rate, these TIM ministers will remain in limbo until the constitutional referendum concludes. This dilemma also affects TIM-elected deputies. "Tiako i Madagasikara" risks another split.
