Viviane Rahariniaina presents a book that encourages everyone to strengthen their self-confidence and choose themselves. Following volumes 1 and 2 of Building Hope, Viviane Rahariniaina signs a third work titled I Don't Pursue, I Choose Myself, a book inspired by her own journey that places self-confidence at the heart of its message. The author will officially present it this Friday from 10 a.m. at Akoor Digue.
Published in pocket format and comprising 240 pages, the work offers a 100-day journey, structured around 100 lessons and 100 exercises. Its objective is to help readers know themselves better, reconnect with themselves, strengthen their self-esteem, and make choices aligned with their aspirations.
"This new book is a 100-day journey to learn 100 lessons and complete 100 self-confidence exercises. The goal is to help readers return to themselves, know themselves better, strengthen their confidence, and choose what is best for them," explains Viviane Rahariniaina.
The author emphasizes that her book is intended above all as a tool for personal transformation. "It's not just a book of ideas, but a book that is lived and practiced. We are not necessarily destined to pursue everything that comes our way. The best decision is to choose ourselves," she affirms.
Starting this Friday, I Don't Pursue, I Choose Myself will be available in Antananarivo bookstores. Viviane Rahariniaina dedicates this work to Jeannick Lastouillat, based in Réunion, who told her that he felt the book spoke to him after reading it.
Originally from Vangaindrano, Viviane Rahariniaina is an author, social entrepreneur, social worker, and human rights advocate. The values she defends through her commitments nourish this new work, designed to guide readers toward better self-knowledge and lasting change.
