Around sixty general practitioners and medical doctoral candidates have enrolled in the program. The Medical Institute of Madagascar (IMM) is reaching a critical milestone in its overall strategy to strengthen human resources in healthcare. Designed to identify, support, and prepare experienced practitioners with high potential, the medical stable program called "DELTA" is now entering its operational phase. The preliminary recruitment campaign was a resounding success, recording significantly more registrations than the initial target of around sixty general practitioners and medical doctoral candidates. This massive enthusiasm reflects the strong determination of young Malagasy practitioners to reach the highest international standards of clinical practice. Over the next two months, pre-selected physicians will undertake a rigorous multidisciplinary training program. The training combines interactive teaching, in-depth analysis sessions of complex clinical cases, experience-sharing conferences with seasoned specialists, and regular evaluations. The fundamental goal is to consolidate theoretical knowledge, refine clinical reasoning skills, and optimize practical competencies in therapeutic management. This initiative aims to make a concrete and lasting contribution to improving the overall quality of healthcare provided to the Malagasy population. Training After two months of continuous evaluation, approximately 20 physicians will be selected to enter a five-year specialization program entirely dedicated to medical imaging. Developed in direct partnership with the College of Radiology Teachers in France (CERF), this highly qualifying program will alternate between Madagascar and France. This opportunity will provide laureates with immersion in the best hospital centers, ensuring mastery of cutting-edge technologies in radiology and diagnostic imaging. The academic implementation and organizational management of this vast undertaking are ensured by AROVY University, under the careful supervision of its scientific and pedagogical committees, working in concert with the IMM and CERF.
