SABOTSY NAMEHANA - Man's Body Shows Signs of Violence
Suspicious death in Sabotsy Namehana. Yesterday, the body of a 23-year-old young man was found in the water near the bridge, bearing traces of violence to the head and face. The victim, identified as Mbolatiana Randriamahefa, nicknamed Rambola, had been missing since July 28 after leaving his home in Antsinanantsena, near the FJKM church. His family had issued a search notice describing a young man of small stature, with curly hair, wearing a black hoodie with red trim and black pants. Yesterday, around 8:10 a.m., a call alerted the central Avaradrano police station to the presence of the body in the river. Law enforcement went to the scene and confirmed the identity of the deceased. According to the doctor dispatched to the location, death occurred approximately three days ago. The bruising found on the victim strengthens the hypothesis of death under suspicious circumstances. An investigation is underway to determine the exact causes of this tragedy. Since July, ten people reported missing have been found dead in Antananarivo.
