COCAINE TRAFFICKING - Search warrants issued for couple and student
Three young people are actively being sought by the Criminal Investigation Section of Fiadanana for their alleged involvement in international cocaine trafficking. The individuals targeted are Olace RamadaniainaSoa, a homemaker, her husband Richicarde Rabe, a merchant, residing in Andohanimandroseza, and Ronaldo Anderson Velonjara, a student living in Ambohipo. The case was uncovered by the Judicial Police Support Group in the Sava region, which discovered activities related to the import and export of hard drugs. Local gendarmes opened an investigation and requested assistance from the Fiadanana section to strengthen the inquiry. Exchanges between the two units enabled authorities to identify the suspects. Two people have already been arrested. The trio named in the search warrants remains at large. The network was importing cocaine from abroad and re-exporting it to Mauritius. Madagascar served only as a transit point in this trafficking route. Investigators urge anyone with information to contact 034 17 001 47.
