To reach communities directly, the ministry's secretary general, Miarisoa Patricia Rakotonirina, led an important ministerial delegation into the field. Teams actively visited the communes of Talatavolonondry, Ambongamarina, Ambohitrolomahitsy, Mahitsy, Fihaonana, Talatamaty, Fiadanana, and Antehiroka. Far from being a one-off operation, this grassroots initiative is set to expand progressively to fokontany level.
