Several young candidates for the program publicly shared their dreams and vision with authorities and the FANDROSO board of directors during the official launch ceremony yesterday. The FANDROSO National Program was officially launched yesterday at Ambohitsorohitra Palace. With a budget of 200 billion ariary, the State is establishing a financing and support system for young Madagascans to transform their projects into viable, job-creating enterprises. However, these are reduced-rate loans rather than grants, clarified Andry Raobelina, chairman of the program's board of directors. During his speech at the official launch ceremony, Refoundation President Michaël Randrianirina recalled that this program follows his call to youth at the end of last year. The State has made it a concrete challenge to encourage young people to prepare solid projects worthy of support, emphasized the program's board chairman. The program is built on two components: Tsiry, for those wishing to create a business with financing up to 60 million ariary, and Tafita, for existing businesses seeking development with higher financing. Applications from all regions, especially remote areas, are now encouraged and can be submitted online or by mail without requiring travel to the capital. They will be judged on project maturity and viability. The PRRM also emphasized the transparency and fairness that must guide financing allocation, while stressing that true development is based on work and wealth creation, not speeches.
